Objective: The project aimed to create a summary view of the key HR metrics that are crucial for tracking the effectiveness of the HR Function.

Description: The dashboard is reflecting the driving forces of HR such as attrition rate, retention rate, employee NPS, absenteeism, latest hiring, and exit trends.
Also, it talks about the D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) metrics, giving a bird's-eye view of employee distribution within a company by gender, a critical factor for an HR function to maintain & improve upon.
The dashboard is sharing key HR metrics in a simplified way to support stakeholder decision-making.
8. Talent Market - Dashboard View
Objective: The project aimed to depict a talent pool available in a specific region of the world. This is helpful in Talent Research and Mapping process.

Description: The dashboard covers the data of the labour force available across provinces of Canada, covering their current employment status, education, age & gender, and their professional expertise/role in various fields.

9. Hiring, Sources & Costs - Dashboard View
Objective: The project aimed to show hiring done recently across departments and costs incurred via different external & internal sources of hiring.

Description: The dashboard is divided into 2 segments: 1. Employees hired in different age groups along with the departments and gender to ensure equal opportunity.
2. Costs incurred for hiring via external and internal sources to identify the most effective source of hiring.

10. Talent Acquisition - Dashboard View
Objective: The project aimed to show the weekly activities of a talent acquisition team based on their KPIs.

Description: The funnel is showing the process flow of incoming job applications at different stages of the hiring process. Pie-chart is depicting a clear picture of the contributions of various sources in final closures. Moving further, the charts are showing team-wise activities indicating their efforts in managing recruitment on a weekly basis.
Lastly, the dashboard is showing the team-wise hires made and the sources each team used to fulfil the openings.
11. Project Specific Dashboard via Power BI
Objective: To keep the track of an ongoing project.

Description: This dashboard is showcasing the status of the incoming leads of an online-live project and the actions that followed across various stages such as lead validation, KYC verification/activation/rejection etc.
Further, it is showing the trials activated product-wise as per the client's request and the usage of the most in-demand product i.e. inventory credited vs made live on the portal.
