
About Me
My work started in recruitment, but it didn’t stay there for long.
Early on, I became more interested in the why behind hiring decisions than the process itself—why certain roles are hard to close, why some leaders succeed in one context but not another, and what the talent market is really telling us beneath the surface.
Over the past 14+ years, that curiosity has shaped my career across executive search, leadership hiring, and talent intelligence. I’ve worked closely with business leaders across FMCG, Retail, Media, and Consumer Tech—helping navigate hiring at the CXO and senior leadership level.
Alongside search, I’ve spent a significant part of my work decoding talent markets through mapping, research, and analytics. This has helped me move beyond filling roles to understanding the broader context in which those roles exist.
Having worked both within organisations and in consulting, I’ve seen how hiring decisions play out in the real world—where timelines shift, expectations evolve, and perfect answers rarely exist.
I tend to approach talent with a mix of structure and intuition—grounded in data, but always aware that people and decisions don’t fit neatly into frameworks.
At its core, my work is about bringing a clearer lens to leadership hiring—understanding not just who fits, but what truly works.
